average stay with minor setbacks
stale pastries weak air conditioning
I found the breakfast buffet quite underwhelming. the selection seemed repetitive, and the quality was not up to par. the pastries often tasted stale, and the hot food lacked flavor. the coffee was also disappointingly weak.. i also encountered issues with the room's air conditioning. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, especially during the warmer parts of the day. this made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly.

mixed experience warrants a cautious approach
unfriendly receptionist uncovered fruits
the initial check-in was less than stellar. the receptionist offered minimal information upon arrival. another issue arose at the self-service snack area by the pool. i found food exposed to flies, including unappetizing cold pizza and questionable hotdogs.. this left much to be desired after a long trip.

hardworking team poolside games private beach fresh fruit
i found the entertainment team to be fabulous and very hardworking especially mike with his great michael jackson act the poolside games were great i felt they all really wanted to be there and have fun with the guests i enjoyed the evening shows a lot including the games by the pool the private beach was also a lovely bonus. the hotel has plenty of good buffet food options with fresh fruit offered daily

this hotel has an amazing location near a coved beach offering the potential to rent pedalo's and paddle boards the hotel is a short walk to the centre with restaurants and bars located close to the hotel and on route

i found the staff were great especially those working on daytime activities they were always upbeat and created a really positive atmosphere it really makes a difference to my holiday i was happy with the level of attention given

the breakfast and lunch selection had a great variety and changed every day regular breakfast options included sausages fruits and freshly made pancakes lunch included paella pastas cooked meats and fish which gave different options for everyone's preference

easy access sunny balcony relaxing massage
The location is great with easy access to the beach. It made getting to the water very simple. Our room overlooked the family pool. I also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa facilities.
The lifts sometimes had issues , which caused some delays.
